John J. Terzani Jr. of Hopewell Junction and formerly Mahopac, NY passed away on Tuesday August 20, 2013 at the age of 40. He was born on May 23, 1973 in Westwood, NJ.

John is survived by his parents John and Beverly Terzani, his sisters Jeanne Hofmann and her husband Jack, and Beverly Rea and her husband Rocco. He is also survived by his loving nephews Jack, Luke and Michael Hofmann.

John's life will be measured by the many loyal friends he had and the countless people he helped in one way or another. He will also be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle and great friend to many, including his U.S. Marine Corp. buddies.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 22nd from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Joseph J. Smith Funeral Home in Mahopac, NY. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 23rd at 11 am at St. John The Evangelist Church, Mahopac. A private cremation will follow.
